Grinds - Quality of Teaching

The teaching is of the highest calibre. All teachers have been hand picked for their vast teaching experience and their ability to get the best out of students. To this end, if a teacher feels that a student is not working to the best of their abilities, that student’s parents will be contacted and if there isn’t an improvement in that student’s work ethic, then that student will be asked to leave the grind permanently. We feel that this is only fair to the parents, as some students think that a grind will solve all their problems in a particular subject but sometimes they forget that they have to do the work, not the teacher giving the grind. To this end, all homework assigned by the teacher must be completed to the best of their ability; all relevant materials must be brought to each class and students must be in attendance punctually.
